Is the son of an entrepreneur and military veteran. He is from North Carolina home of the tar heels and REAL CAROLINA BBQ. Xavier started his ministry in Plano TX as the Student and Young Adult Pastor at One Community Church. Under Xavier’s leadership the ministries grew to average over 1,200 weekly. He leads a highly relational, highly accountable brand of ministry. He an his wife recently welcomed their first son Eli in 2022. He currently serves as the Campus Pastor of the Missouri City Campus at Sugar Creek Baptist Church.
